Our High-Volume Service Department needs to hire Service Advisors to guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on options and costs, schedule service, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and more.

Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:
Guide customers through the entire auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer additional services and 'specials', and schedule serviceGreet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion of work, review completed work order with customer and ensure their satisfactionMaintain high CSI score Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:
Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferredGood customer service, computer and communication skillsA positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearanceHigh school diploma or equivalentDriver's license and insurance We Offer Excellent
