The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in an office setting, excellent PC skills, and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and emails throughout the day.
Engage with clients and members of the public as part of day-to-day operations.
Inputting attorney time and all billing related tasks.
Assist in keeping track of court dates and deadlines.
Manage client files and schedules.
Work with and support other staff within the firm.
