Planner/Scheduler
Franklin, KY Franklin, KY $16 - $20 an hour $16 - $20 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Harmonic Hot Tubs located in Franklin, Kentucky is looking to add an experienced Planner/Scheduler to our growing team.
The Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for planning and monitoring the company production schedule.
The Planner/Scheduler will work across departments to develop a master schedule to optimize efficiency.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop production schedule to ensure timely shipments Coordinate production and adjust schedules as needed.
Determine manpower, equipment and materials needed for production.
Enter work orders into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Monitor projects to ensure completion.
Identify opportunities for improvements.
Keep management apprised of any issues that could impact production Attend manager meetings and give updates Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Previous Scheduling and/or Planning experience is required.
1 to 2 years experience as a Planner or Scheduler in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize projects.
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment Previous data entry experience Organizational and problem solving skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs About Us:
