is seeking to hire a highly skilled, diligent part-time Apartment Cleaning Technician responsible for cleaning vacant units at an apartment complex located in Franklin, KY.
( 24 HRS per week/ No Nights/ No Weekends) with flexible schedule.
Responsibilities include maintaining vacant units by sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces; keeping offices clean; keeping grounds picked up, and other duties as needed by the Site Manager & Regional Property Manager.
Must be very dependable and have own transportation.
