JOB PURPOSE:
To manage quality assurance internally and maintain the ISO/TS 16949 internal audit system for improvement within the company

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and Maintain Quality System/Foundation for production lines
Advise in creation/utilization of manufacturing quality charts/process control plans
Develop documentation to support customer and internal requirements
Analyze new processes for stability and capability
Compile data and issue reports as necessary. Make information available as required to identify problem areas and drive corrective actions development
Perform internal audits plant wide
Perform ATM time keeping duties for quality department
Schedule and conduct monthly President Customer Focus Audits
Advise in daily, weekly, and monthly Management Reviews
Maintain awareness and understand their roles and responsibilities regarding the environmental policies, management system, and objectives and targets by attending the required training
Perform all tasks in accordance with the EMS procedures and practices and minimize the impact of their activities on the environment
Advise and manage changes to document control system

Qualifications:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following education, competencies and experience

Bachelor's Degree focused in Business (preferred) or equivalent experience in related field
Experience/education in preparing PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, or other ISO/TS documentation
Statistical knowledge for capability analysis
Experience with negotiations with customer and supplier
Experience managing Quality System for Automotive Manufacturing facility

Complete all responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner in order to meet customer needs and remain cost effective.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
